FREE WORLDWIDE STANDARD DELIVERY on all orders.
We ship worldwide, with the exception of a few select countries. And we offer complimentary shipping on all orders.
Delivery to Europe and the USA
Delivery within 2-5 working days
Delivery to the Rest of the World
Delivery within 4-7 working days
For delivery in France we offer two shipping speeds – STANDARD and EXPRESS - because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t.
For EXPRESS delivery, with our products delivered to your door the following working day the charge is $5.00.
Currently we can only offer Express Shipping to addresses in France, but we’re working on bringing this option around the world.
If you need your delivery super quickly please get in touch at contact@otisskincare and we’ll do everything we can to try to make it happen.
Once you’ve placed your order we will process it within one business day.
Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website as soon as your package is on the way!
Receipt and signature
All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.
If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least 1 more attempt to deliver the products in your order.
As all our parcels require a signature upon delivery, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please note that deliveries outside of France may be subject to customs, regulatory or legal restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any assistance or advice if either issue arises, so it’s best to contact your local Customs Authority for more information.
All parcels are sent via our selected providers according to the destination: La Poste Colissimo – DPD – Chronopost – DHL – TNT or FedEx.
In line with our pricing policy, all prices include VAT (where applicable). Prices may therefore be displayed at a higher or lower price than previously stated. UK VAT will be removed and your local taxes, duties and charges will be added.
Delivery times are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we cannot guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.
In the event of adverse weather conditions there may be some delays to the delivery of your order.
